Putting it off

How many people do this - sometimes i feel like I'm the only one. I put things off all the time - I should have been on the phone all day today but was I?? NO I spent most of the day outside cleaning which need to be done but so do the phone calls.
I think that I have been struggling with a bout of depression the last couple of weeks. I am one of those that refuse to go to the doctor to get medicine. I know that with my personality I would then think that I needed it for the rest of my life. I try natural things instead. I know that once I get my product (Zrii) life will get better it should be here with in the next couple of weeks.
Sorry to go on just had to write this down so that I can look back later and try not to put things off as often.

Thanks so much for your words - I have changed alot in my life over the last week and 1/2 and it seems like I am overwhelmed but - I know that God would never give me more than I can handle just need to stay in contact with him and he can take care of it.
