Putting it off

Posted on Nov 3rd, 2007 by Jen : Zrii-ite Jen
How many people do this - sometimes i feel like I'm the only one.  I put things off all the time - I should have been on the phone all day today but was I?? NO I spent most of the day outside cleaning which need to be done but so do the phone calls.

I think that I have been struggling with a bout of depression the last couple of weeks.  I am one of those that refuse to go to the doctor to get medicine.  I know that with my personality I would then think that I needed it for the rest of my life.  I try natural things instead.  I know that once I get my product (Zrii) life will get better it should be here with in the next couple of weeks.

Sorry to go on just had to write this down so that I can look back later and try not to put things off as often.

If your not blogging you should

Posted on Nov 6th, 2007 by Jen : Zrii-ite Jen
Ok - so now that I have had a chance to reflect - I wish I could go back and erase a couple of blogs!!! - I realize that everyone go through different feelings and phases but I really admire the ones who can do so without it getting them down.

There are a couple of Zaadsters out there that have just recently started blogging and their words are amazing!!! - You never know who you could touch just by some simple words.

So I just wanted to put this out here  - Watch out Jen's back and it's going to be an amazing month!!! - I have so many things to be thankful for and so many wonderful people that are so supportive How can I let myself get down???  Well no more

Let's just focus on the positive - but good information in so that good information will come out. Surround your self with wonderful people and spend time in thought.  My time in thought will be spent in prayer and thankfulness.

Thank you all and bless you

What is the role of media?

Posted on Nov 14th, 2007 by Jen : Zrii-ite Jen
This is in Response to the Questions and Reflections for November 14, 2007:

I think that we need most of the information that it brings I just wish that it wasn't so negative - no one ever reports on the good stuff.  The media has its place but that doesn't mean that we have to watch it all the time.

What keeps you inspired?

Posted on Nov 14th, 2007 by Jen : Zrii-ite Jen
So many go through life just being.  Do you live your life to the fullest?? What is your passion? What are your dreams? Do you have goals? are the written down?

Can you tell I was at an amazing seminar this weekend.  I feel so bad last week I wrote a blog about blogging and I have just been so busy that I haven't made time for checking in.  So today I have been trying to hit all my friends on Zaadz and just check in..  So many people will post something that you needed to hear at that moment.  I'm sorry that I missed a couple of those last week - they were great to read today though.

My husband and I have a dream of owning a huge retreat.  It would be a place that people could send their teenage children that they are having problems with and the kids would learn alot of different things.  Some of the things that come to mind right now is respect, how to do manual labor, giving back, appreciating what they have.

Anyway my husband has wanted to do this for the last 5 years. So I have started picking up every odd job I can find to get out of debt faster.  We have realized that we need very little, we have each other and 2 wonderful children.  I have also been talking with people about their health and how Zrii can make a difference.  I have a huge meeting tomorrow night, so keep me in your thoughts as I go through my presentation.

I am attending monthly seminars on Leadership and reading some great books, listening to amazing Cd's.  Now if I can just get my Mission statement, Vision, goals and dreams on Paper I will be set - That's the plan for tonight.   Remember that now is the time to Act before your acted upon.

Have an amazing rest of the week and remember to Smile. Sometimes I think that I just type all this for me to read and get out so that I can remind myself. LOL

What is creativity?

Posted on Nov 15th, 2007 by Jen : Zrii-ite Jen
This is in Response to the Questions and Reflections for November 15, 2007:

Creativity is making our dreams a reality. I am working of coming up with a program for our school that will teach our young people how to give back.  Instead of calling it community service I think the title should be Giving Back.  Here are a couple of ideas that I have been thinking about, Helping deliver meals to seniors, visiting seniors at there homes or in nursing homes (the ones who don't ever get visitors).  If anyone has other ideas or programs in place let me know please.  So many of our youngsters look at life as what do I get instead of what can I give.  Zig Ziglar says if you help enough other people in life get what they want you will get what you want.

Are you a risk-taker?

This is in Response to the Questions and Reflections for November 10, 2007:

I would say yes- and others who are close to me think I go overboard in alot of areas.  But I really feel like if you don't take a risk you will never get ahead - you just go through life being and not living.

Thoughts to ponder

Posted on Nov 15th, 2007 by Jen : Zrii-ite Jen
Just got home from a Zrii Presentation - I was able to listen to a different doctor tonight and they always amaze me.  How can one person have so much information in their brain and they remember it all.  I guess that's what makes the world go round.  I just want to share a little about some of the information I learned tonight.

He talked alot about Adaptogens and how they are remarkable, natural substances that help the body restore balance. They increase the body's resistance to physical, biological, emotional, and environmental stressors and provide a defense response to acute or chronic stress. There are only 21 known adaptogens. They include Amalaki, Schizandra and Tulsi.

He also talked about how most people are treated for a symptom and not the root cause of the problem.  Some of the other things he mentioned were about detoxing our bodies on a celluar level and how ZriiTM does just that.

The most amazing story was about a lady that has been on Zoloft for about 3 years, she came into this clinic and was seeing the nutritional therapist he had been working with her for a couple of weeks and was running scans on her to see how the supplements he had been giving her were working. Well each time her numbers were going up by about 2 pts.(which is good from what I understand)  The 3rd visit he told her that he had just gotten in some samples of this new product (Zrii TM)and was wondering if she would be willing to try them and she said sure.  When she came back in after 2wks her numbers were up by 8.6 pts.  Oh I forgot to tell you that she decided she was feeling good enough so she quite taking her Zoloft cold turkey.  I don't know alot about prescription meds but I guess that it normally takes any where from 12 to 18 months to get off of this specific medication.

the doctor got a phone call from another doctor telling him that he had just witnessed a miracle.

So for me this was great information - I really feel like I have been put on earth to help others.  Well I had better get some sleep so I'm ready for tomorrow.

Who, on the whole, do you find happier: children or adults?

This is in Response to the Questions and Reflections for November 16, 2007:

Children - they don't listen to the news (most of them) and they don't read the papers (again most of them)  They live life to the fullest each day -  What a blessing they are.

wow that doesn't happen very often anymore - even when I'm stressed, I'm so sleep deprived that I eventually crash.

The last time was last febuary  when we had a girls weekend - we normally bring tons of movies and hang out all weekend. Super relaxing

What's your ideal working situation?

Posted on Nov 28th, 2007 by Jen : Zrii-ite Jen
This is in Response to the Questions and Reflections for November 27, 2007:

It really depends on what I'm doing - Most of the time I need some quiet to get things done - but Some of the projects that I'm working on I have to be around people.  I love people and all that I can learn from each of them.
